What's the secret?

The secret of this type of weave are the particularly fine and thin fibers, which are very laboriously handcrafted. Machines would only destroy the fine wool of the goat and would also not recognize the difference between the fine under hair and the coarse outer hair fibers. Here the material does not forgive even the smallest mistake, because this is reflected directly in an unclean pattern and breaks in the transitions. The enchanting and detailed patterns of our cashmere products can only be produced with these particularly finely spun fibers. Another quality feature, which is particularly evident in the cashmere processed in Asia, is the length of the fibers. Because if the fibers are too short, they tend to become more pills, i.e. the formation of small nodules through matting. Although this is normal for natural fiber products, it occurs later and to a lesser extent with high-quality, long-fiber processed cashmere.
