Shipment

We deliver free of shipping costs within Germany. This is not compatible with discount promotions.

The non-binding delivery time is approx. 2 to 4 working days from receipt of order.

Delivery is made with logistics partners commissioned by us from Monday to Saturday. If the delivery person is unable to leave the item with you, he or she will leave a notification card in your letterbox. This means that the letter/parcel will then be ready for collection at your post office for 7 working days.

The delivery is made from Germany.

Please note that on public German holidays, Saturdays and Sundays, dispatch will not take place until the following working day.

Express shipping

Shipping costs: EUR 11 (National up to 0.5kg)

You will receive your desired item one working day after placing your order. It is important that your order reaches us by 1 pm at the latest from Monday to Friday. Only then it will be processed on the same day.

Express delivery is made with DHL. Delivery takes place from Monday to Friday. We deliver our parcels against signature. This means that if the recipient cannot be found, the parcel can be left with a neighbour or at a DHL drop-off point, for example. The driver tries to deliver the parcel on three consecutive working days. After a failed attempt, DHL leaves an InfoNotice in the recipient's letterbox.

Use our alternative delivery address service and have your order conveniently delivered to your workplace or to a shop near you.

Please note that for order processing the billing and delivery address must be within the same country. Therefore, deliveries to a P.O. Box are not possible.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs clearance is to be borne and organised by you. The package will be provided with the necessary forms. Please note that for legal reasons we have to indicate the value of the items. Unfortunately, this also applies to gift shipments.

Packaging

You will receive the appropriate packaging for each product (depending on the product, a box or a linen bag). Please note that the product can also sometimes be separately in a transport-safe packaging (polybag) in the package.
